Shingle Inn Bulimba is owned and operated by husband & wife team April & Tony Carnie who have a combined hospitality experience of 14 years. April & Tony have also successfully operated Shingle Inn Mount Ommaney for numerous years and are very excited about joining the Bulimba community. They recently launched St Burger – a fabulous NEW burger range that is currently only available in QLD at Shingle Inn Bulimba. During their downtime, April & Tony love to play golf and garden.
